Positve: Creative ,  Cheerful , enthusiastic , mature , happy , energetic , friendly , careful , organized , kinda , critical , outgoing , clever , passionate

Negative: Defensive , shy , moody , quiet

Depending on the situation: Competitive , talkative , silly , sensitive

Explication: A trait being good or bad is purely subjective , some people might like shy people and find that "attractive" while others prefer more talkative people , so i organised them with my own opinion in mind , but some traits , like being competitive , talkative , silly or sensitive can be good or bad depending on the situation. For example a silly person making a joke or being silly at the wrong time , or a talkative person talking to someone who doesn't want to engage in conversation , being competitive is usually a good thing , but competitiveness can ruin friendships and someone that's sensitive can be easily offended or might blush at the smallest compliment.
